pteci Islamabad is a professional organization established and constituted by the Government of Punjab, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis. In addition to its accreditation with several top-ranked organizations and colleges, pteci excels in distance learning, offering fast-track, online, competency-based, and regular education programs for experienced, mature, and on-job professionals.

pteci operates under a Public-Private Partnership model. The active participation of the Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP) and private sector businessmen has been central to the success of pteci Islamabad.
